This class is great for building teamwork while having fun. Each session will be filled with learning basic yoga postures weaved with activities to keep everyone healthy and happy. Sessions will focus the importance of mindful movement, breathing, focusing, connecting, and resting.

All participants must fill out this WNC Release-Health.pdf and bring it with them to the class.

Jess is a 500 RYT certified yoga teacher in the Original Hot Yoga and also certified in Yin & Vinyasa Yoga. In addition to teaching, having daily asana and meditation practice, she enjoys hiking barefoot with her dog, photography, running, camping, and sharing her love of yoga and meditation with others.

Drop in Member (One adult one child): $15

Drop in Non-member (Once adult one child): $18

All six Member: $72

Calling all nature and yoga lovers! Join Jess Beckman, for 75 minutes of connecting with the earth. Jess will lead participants for a mindful walk on the property to the class site. You will be guided through 60 minutes of a Yin Yoga style class that consist of passive floor poses that primary work the lower part of the body such as the hips, lower spine, and inner thighs. Following the class you will be led back to where you began and leave feeling more centered and ready to take on the day.

Space is limited!
