Get up and get outside! Come and join Woldumar’s staff on one or all of our fun filled Winter Break Camp days. Campers will experience and experiment outside everyday so that there are no “cabin fever” complaints.
Open to children grades K-5. Please remember to dress for the weather as we will be outside every day.
Camp Activity Schedule
January 2nd: Wilderness Survival
Bundle up and spend the day outside learning how to survive without technology. Campers will practice building forts, tracking animals, and learn how to start a campfire for warmth.
January 3rd: Amazing Adaptations
Animals come in many shapes and sizes! Explore how different animals are suited to survive our Michigan winters. What characteristics will you choose as you design your own super creature?
January 4th: Snow Science
Step out into the world as we experience the science behind snow shoeing, skiing, sledding, igloos, and ice! Even if there is no snow on the ground our frozen experiments will give campers a reason to warm up with some hot chocolate!
January 5th: Living History
We’re firing-up the wood burning stove and stepping back in time to learn about Michigan’s early settlers. With games and activities from the 1800's we’ll explore how the Moon family kept busy during the cold winter months.

Members: $120/child/week (additional siblings $80/child/week*)
Non-members: $160/child/week (additional siblings $120/child/week*)

Members: $35/child/day (additional siblings $20/child/day*)
Non-members: $45/child/day (additional siblings $30/child/day*)
*Children must be siblings to receive additional child discount
Member/Cardholder must be a current member at the Household level to qualify for discounted rate. Membership status will be confirmed manually after your registration has been submitted. Nonmembers who register at the member rate will have to resubmit their registration and may lose their spot if space is becomes limited.
