Camp Discovery at Woldumar Nature Center has been a Lansing area tradition for over half a century!
Leave winter behind & SPRING into adventure. Children currently enrolled in grades kindergarten through 6th have the opportunity to get outdoors and try new things! Make friends, be adventurous, have fun!
This year we offer five different daily themes. Both half and full day camps available. Full day runs from 9am-4pm; Half day 9am-12:00pm. Campers need to bring their own lunch, refillable water bottle, and weather appropriate clothes. Woldumar will provide a snack each day.
Drop off begins at 8:30 am, pick up by 4:30 pm.
Before and after care are available. Drop off begins at 8:00 am, pick up by 5:00 pm. $10.00 a day per camper.

April 2: Water Wonders
All of the water in the world is constantly moving, fueling life on Earth. Explore all of the grand ways that water works to make our world possible.
April 3: All about Animals
Investigate the diversity found within the animal kingdom as we learn about Michigan wildlife.
April 4: Naturally Artistic
Let your creative side go wild! Use nature to inspire you as we create create art out of artifacts found in nature.
April 6: Wild Engineering
Build a bridge to a better future as we explore the importance and implementation of structural engineering in bridges.
