Camp Discovery
at Woldumar Nature Center has been a Lansing area tradition for over half a century!
Leave winter behind & SPRING into adventure. Children currently enrolled in grades kindergarten through 5 have the opportunity to get outdoors and try new things!
This year we offer five different daily themes. Both half and full day camps available. Full day runs from 9am-4pm; Half day 9am-12:00pm. Campers need to bring their own lunch, refillable water bottle, and weather appropriate clothes. Woldumar will provide an afternoon snack.

April 3 Obstacle Course
Do you like adventure? Come design and build an obstacle course at Woldumar Nature Center. How fast can you get through it?
April 4 Dramatic Campers
Do you love movies? What about TV shows? Well this might be the camp for you. We will be creating our very own Woldumar Nature Center play. The show will be camper driven and will focus on communication, leadership, and creative skills.
April 5 Wild in the Woods
If running around the woods is one of your favorite things to do then, please join us for a day of high energy adventure. We will play games like kick the can, capture the flag, and wolf pack.
April 6 Scavenger Hunt
Come test your detective skills! Many things are hidden around Woldumar Nature Center. Could you be the one to unlock all the mysteries? Let's find out!
April 7 Cabin Fever
The Moon Cabin is a wonderful place to relive history. We will make biscuits on the wood burning stove, tell stories about the past, and learn about life as a michigan pioneer.
